On the second day of Christmas, we shared cards and ornaments for our tree.
Richard placed the topper on the tree. It is a tall guy job!
I made a new crab and shrimp gumbo. The gumbo had lots of fresh garlic, thyme, parsley and just enough hot pepper flakes for a kick. I think the secret task step was boiling the shrimp tails and shells in chicken stock to make the final stock for the gumbo. It was good. I thought about having it for breakfast!
