No more wearing -55Fahrenheit Gel Caps for three plus hours.

Richard can cease the Sunday night grocery store runs for dry ice.

Richard can cease hauling in ice chests to the Clearview Cancer Institute.

We have come a long way on a very successful journey since early June.  In six short months, we have met every challenge with a lot of tears and a positive attitude.  Armed with research and knowledge, we have taken control of what could have torn us apart and instead brought us closer together.

Leaders … isn’t this much like work life?  Your teams work hard and are successful.  Then what happens?  Do you move on to the next project achieving under budget and ahead of schedule?

Or … do you stop to celebrate?  Do you make memories with your people for their successes?
