Unremarkable…
Benign…
No Malignancy…
I received the pathology report from my 22 February surgery. Although some cysts were found, everything was clear and free of cancer. I just loved reading the words “unremarkable,” “benign,” and “no malignancy identified” when describing my excised body parts.
Oh happy day!
The cost of this peace of mind: $43, 249.71 billed to our insurance. It gets bigger!
Recovery has been somewhat easy. I move a little slow and I still have lifting restrictions. Everyday I am feeling better and moving to a cancer-free life.
